Important information
The GovAI Interactive Learning Environment (the App) is NOT accredited to hold material with any protective marking. It may only be used to hold synthetic (being test or dummy data) and publicly accessible information.
To register and use the App you must read and accept these Acceptable Use Conditions. If you do not understand these Acceptable Use Conditions, please contact us.

The App is administered by the Department of Finance (Finance) and hosted on the GovTEAMS platform (GovTEAMS).
Finance collects personal information, including your name and email address, that is necessary to authenticate you as a user of the App and to properly administer the App. Due to the nature of the App, it is not practicable for you to use the App without identifying yourself.
Any personal information that you provide is protected by law, including the Privacy Act 1988. By accepting these Acceptable Use Conditions, you consent to Finance collecting any personal information that you provide.
Finance will not use or disclose the personal information for another purpose without your consent unless required or authorised by law. For more information, please visit our Privacy Policy(Opens in a new tab/window) and the GovTEAMS Privacy Notice(Opens in a new tab/window).

You should exercise good judgment when deciding whether to use the App for a particular purpose. For example, it may be reasonable to use the App to upskill and learn more about AI in a government context.
- You must use the App in accordance with the Australian Public Service (APS) Code of Conduct: If you are a member of the APS, you are bound by the APS Code of Conduct while using the App. Further, non-APS users are expected to act consistently with the APS Code of Conduct.
