Hosting
Full cloud environments (Microsoft Azure or AWS) to build and deploy AI applications. Your agency gets a dedicated subscription with access to AI services, compute resources and developer tools.
AI Model Access
API access to approved AI models through the Model Brokerage service — a secure government gateway. Connect your existing applications to models like GPT-4o and Claude without managing infrastructure.

Eligibility

Eligibility
 

GovAI technical services are available to: 

  • Commonwealth APS agencies (non-corporate Commonwealth entities)
  • Staff with GovTEAMS credentials
  • Low-risk AI use cases

State and territory governments, corporate Commonwealth entities, and external partners are not currently eligible.

Contractors or external vendors formally engaged to work on behalf of an agency may be able to utilise GovAI services provided they have a GovTEAMS partner account and an authorised agency delegate to agree to the relevant MoU.
