We're running usability testing to watch real users work through real tasks. We want to understand how GovAI Chat can support APS work across different roles, workflows and contexts.
You don't need any experience with AI tools to take part — the team is actively looking for people with a range of backgrounds and familiarity with AI.
Your role
Depending on your role and experience, you might be invited to:
1:1 usability testing sessions (approximately 1 hour via Microsoft Teams)
pulse surveys or polls to share quick reactions to new features
interviews to go deeper on specific topics or use cases
Testing runs approximately every 6 weeks, with up to 10 participants selected per round. You won't be contacted for every round — just when your profile is a good fit.
