If you can't access the platform

Check:

  • you've submitted your onboarding form and received a welcome email.
  • your agency’s onboarding activities are complete, check with your GovAI Chat AI Champion.
  • you’re signing in with your GovTEAMS account (@govteams.gov.au), not your agency account.
